Website technology and regional privacy · Updated 28 October 2026

This Cookies and Regional Privacy Policy applies to the static pages published under the proposed Rattattatan Grand identity. It describes the technologies actually included in these HTML documents and explains how privacy rights may apply in different jurisdictions. The pages have no JavaScript, advertising tags, analytics services, embedded media, contact forms, member accounts or commercial transaction functions.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small data items a website or connected service may ask a browser to store and return on later visits. Other technologies, such as local storage, tracking pixels or device identifiers, can also recognize activity across visits. Some are necessary for a requested service; others may be used for performance analysis, personalization or marketing. Their legal treatment depends on their purpose and the rules of the visitor's jurisdiction.

2. Technologies in this website

These seven HTML documents do not contain instructions to set cookies, write to browser storage or make requests to analytics and advertising services. There are no third-party scripts, fonts, images, stylesheets or embedded frames. Navigation uses ordinary relative links between local pages. The published pages do not implement a cookie banner because no optional browser-tracking feature has been included in their source.

A hosting environment, reverse proxy, content delivery service, security product or server configuration can sometimes introduce cookies or technical processing independently of the HTML source. No such service is specified or verified here. Before the website goes live, the actual deployed response headers, any cookies and infrastructure providers should be checked; this description must be updated if those conditions change.

3. Strictly necessary operations

When a page is requested, hosting infrastructure ordinarily processes network data needed to send the requested content. Security and service reliability systems may keep logs or perform technical checks. Such processing is not the same as advertising profiling, and not every technical request involves placing a cookie on a device. Whether a specific cookie would be exempt from a consent requirement depends on its actual use and local law.

4. Analytics and marketing

No analytics, conversion measurement, retargeting, advertising-network integration or cross-site profiling code is included in these pages. We do not claim that a consent management platform is in place, and there is no opt-in or opt-out control pretending to alter settings. If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced later, the operator must consider notice, consent and preference controls as required by law before deploying it.

5. GDPR and European privacy rights

For people covered by the EU or UK data protection rules, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and—where the relevant requirements are satisfied—portability. Rights depend on the data and legal basis involved, and exceptions may apply. For cookies and similar device technologies, ePrivacy rules and domestic implementations may require consent before nonessential access or storage occurs.

Since the present HTML does not itself use nonessential tracking technology, no optional cookie preference has been implemented. Hosting and email processing, if used, still require appropriate privacy review and lawful handling. A person may write to the published email address with a data inquiry, subject to identity checks and applicable law.

6. California privacy information — CCPA/CPRA

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act where the law applies to the relevant business and processing activity. Depending on the circumstances, these can include rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, as well as rights relating to the sale or sharing of information and the use of sensitive personal information. Non-discrimination protections may apply when exercising statutory rights.

The HTML supplied for this project does not include features that sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, nor does it include a marketing opt-out mechanism. This is not a blanket determination that the law applies to the future resort or that every form of server-side processing is absent. Those questions require review of the actual legal operator, infrastructure and business practices.

There is no sale or sharing process embedded in these static pages to disable. If future operations introduce applicable activity, appropriate California notices, rights-request procedures and opt-out methods must be established before such features are made available.

7. Global Privacy Control and browser choices

The pages have no client-side profiling functionality against which a browser signal or Global Privacy Control signal currently needs to act. Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out signal, any future relevant services will need to be assessed and configured accordingly. A browser can also be used to block or remove cookies generally, but that preference may affect other websites that rely on necessary session functions.

8. Data from direct email contact

Although this site has no contact form, a visitor can independently send an email to the displayed address. The content, sender details and related email metadata may be processed by the relevant mail providers. That activity is described further in the Privacy Policy; it is not a browser cookie activity.

9. Future review

These pages describe a proposed resort with an anticipated 2028 opening and no confirmed bookings or customer services. The person responsible for publishing the site should audit the live hosting configuration and update these disclosures if technologies or data practices change. This page is informational and does not substitute for advice tailored to a particular jurisdiction or business.
